Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar has revealed he would like to play for Major League Soccer before retiring.
Neymar, whose contract with PSG expires in 2025, has never played in the USA and is determined to see football in North America.
“I do not know if I will ever play in Brazil again, as I have doubts about that,” Neymar told the Phenomenos podcast.
“I would love to play in the US actually. I would love to play there for at least one season.”
Asked what attracted him to play in the MLS, Neymar joked about overtime.
“At first their season is short so I would have a three-month vacation,” he said.
Neymar says he has not yet decided when he will retire and that he will at least play until the end of his three-year contract with PSG.
