Manchester United head to Wolves on their return to the Premier League on February 1 in a repeat of their opening game of the season.
Erik ten Haga’s side sealed a controversial 1-0 win in the reverse fixture against Wolves, who were denied a late penalty by VAR following a clear foul on United goalkeeper Andre Onan.
Ahead of this clash, the two sides eased into the FA Cup fifth round last weekend, with Man United avoiding the slip at EFL League Two side Newport County and Wolves beating local rivals West Bromwich Albion.
The Hag will make a late call on whether to recall Marcus Rashford to the United squad after the England international missed the trip to Newport.
Rashford’s absence was initially explained as illness, but the ten Hags have since confirmed they are dealing with the matter as an “internal matter” at the club.
Andre Onana is on his way back from AFCON 2024 but Altay Bayındır is expected to keep his place in goal at Molineux.
Wolves will be without midfielder Joao Gomes, who is serving the final match of a three-match ban, while Spanish forward Pablo Sarabia will be assessed with a calf problem.
