This season’s final is at Wembley Stadium, but the Premier League contingent has been reduced to two, with City and Arsenal flying the flag.

When is the Champions League round of 16 draw?

The draw for the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League will take place on Monday, December 18 at 12 noon. CET (6:00 a.m. ET).

The draw is divided into seeded and unseeded teams. The eight winners of the group stage are seeded and will face the team from the unseeded pot of runners-up. The seeded teams will play the second match of their last 16 at home.

Clubs cannot draw a team from their home league or another team that qualified from their group in the round of 16. For example, Manchester City cannot be paired with RB Leipzig.

These restrictions will be removed in favor of an open quarter-final draw.
