Earlier, Jacob Neestrup’s side won 2-0 against Viborg on August 3rd to end a two-game winless streak.
Copenhagen, who missed out on the Champions League last season, confirmed their return to the continental showpiece with a 2-1 win over Rakov in the August play-off.
