Lionel Messi has landed in Argentina as the entire squad is now in training camp.
Messi was part of the latest batch of players to arrive as coach Lionel Scaloni now has all his players at his disposal. Messi arrived on Tuesday morning with Emiliano Martínez, Lautaro Martínez and Lucas Beltrán.
Argentina’s national team will begin qualification for the 2026 World Cup on Thursday against Ecuador. The reigning World Cup winners will train on Tuesday at 16:30 local time.
Scaloni has called up the following players for the World Cup qualifiers:
