Bolivia 0-3 Argentina: Player Rating as Ángel Di María assists twice Argentina past Bolivia


Ángel Di María had two assists as Argentina won 3-0 over Bolivia.

Argentina made it two wins from two with a win at altitude in La Paz where Enzo Fernández, Nicolás Tagliafico and Nicolás González scored. Ángel Di María played a low pass into the penalty area and found Enzo Fernández as he scored from close range to give Argentina a 1-0 lead.

Di María scored two free-kick assists. He would cross into the penalty area and Nicolás Tagliafico would head the ball to make it 2-0 for the world champions.

Exequiel Palacios was replaced by Rodrigo De Paul in the second half. Argentina would get one more goal in the match.

Nicolás González made it 3-0 for Argentina when the ball fell to him in the penalty area and he scored near the post.

Lionel Scaloni brought in Lautaro Martínez, Leandro Paredes and Alejandro Garnach. Without Lionel Messi in the game, Argentina are now six points from the start of World Cup qualification.
