In what has shaped up into a surprising battle for European places, Brighton & Hove Albion and Manchester United meet at the Amex Stadium for a midweek Premier League clash.
The Red Devils are in good form as they try to secure a top-four finish, but they need to finish well and Liverpool are trying to get them. United are in good form in that regard, unbeaten in their last seven home games dating back to the defeat at Newcastle United.
Brighton are in the opposite position, on the outside looking in, trying to catch Aston Villa and Tottenham for a European place. The Seagulls are eighth in the table, at least one place outside the European places and maybe even more.
The two teams met just two weeks earlier at Wembley in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, where they played out a 0-0 draw with Manchester United, who progressed to the final on penalties.
