Lautaro Martínez has not been called up for the Argentina national team as he will receive treatment.
Martínez is not part of the list of 21 players who have been called up to Argentina’s national team for friendlies against Australia and Indonesia. According to Olé, Lautaro will be treated for his ankle.
The Argentine scored in the semi-final for Inter to reach the UEFA Champions League final, but will undergo treatment on his ankle after the final to be ready for next season. He played in the 2022 World Cup through pain and Scaloni decided not to call him up to rest.
Argentina plays Australia on June 15 in Beijing and Indonesia on June 19 in Jakarta.
