It was another productive game for Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal as they swept aside Luxembourg.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice as Portugal eased to a 6-0 win away at Luxembourg in Euro 2024 qualifying.

Ronaldo kicked the ball early on before further goals from Joao Felix and Bernardo Silva in the space of 18 minutes made it 3-0, while Ronaldo added another just after the half-hour mark.

Second-half goals from substitutes Otavio and Rafael Lea capped another routine victory for Portugal after a 4-0 win over Liechtenstein to kick-start their qualification campaign and the reins of new head coach Roberto Martinez.

Leao saw a late penalty saved by Moris after winning it himself, but he made up for it shortly after when his drive from the left ended in an equaliser.
