Enzo Fernández, Thiago Almada included in Argentina list for September games

Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni has announced his list of players for the two games in September.

Enzo Fernández and Thiago Almada made the Argentina squad for the matches against Honduras and Jamaica. The four notable absences are Juan Musso, Lucas Martínez Quarta, Exequiel Palacios and Nicolás González.

Lionel Scaloni chose Gerónimo Rulli ahead of Juan Musso, which could indicate who he would prefer to take to the World Cup in Qatar. As for Exequiel Palacios and Nicolás González, both are injured and not part of the squad.

Scaloni also left out defender Lucas Martínez Quarta and added Nehuén Pérez.
