Kylian Mbappé was the star of the show as Paris Saint-Germain beat Lorient 5-1 thanks to two goals from the French superstar and three more assists.
PSG failed to beat Lorient in their last two attempts but Mauricio Pochettino did not take chances here by starting Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Neymar.
And it was the Brazilian star who opened the pitch after 12 minutes, ending a good team move.
Mbappé looked his best in the first half and doubled their lead in 28 minutes with a stunning post.
In the second half, the visitors got back into the game when Terem Moffi kicked Achraf Hakimi’s foul and finished well.
But Mbappé has shown he is important again after a few minutes as he hit second in the night with another good strike.
It was the Frenchman who was also at the heart of PSG’s next goal, as he ran left over to cross Messi.
