Paris Saint-Germain are set to renew Kylian Mbappe’s contract and are ready to hand him the captain’s armband, as they look to prove their worth.

Mbappe’s future has been in doubt for the rest of the season, with many reports suggesting he will join Real Madrid if his contract expires on June 30, 2022.

According to L’Equipe, the PSG board has suggested he may make captain Mbappe in a final attempt to convince him to sign a new contract.

Marquinhos has been the club’s captain since 2020, but his poor performance during PSG’s UEFA Champions League exit at Real Madrid has put his position under control.

Mbappe can be a great captain because he is from Paris, determined to help his teammates and be a man at big events.

It looks like Mbappe’s future is in his hands and, meanwhile, the possible future for his future is that he will play for Real Madrid from next season.
