rudiger vs Real Madrid

Antonio Rudiger has once again been on the radar of Real Madrid, as the Spanish giants look into the potential move of the Chelsea defender this summer.

Real Madrid have been monitoring the 29-year-old for months, but they are disappointed with his high salary requirements.

However, Rudiger’s agent has reduced the terms of the agreement and is now in high demand by Real Madrid.

Carlo Ancelotti had a meeting with Florentino Perez last Friday to ask for confirmation from a team that has performed well all season but has some areas for improvement.

One of the players who has asked for a Chelsea defender, whose contract expires on June 30 and could be the first player to move to a possible stint at Stamford Bridge this summer due to their financial problems.

Carlo Ancelotti believes that while his options in the defense are strong, they could be even better.

Also, the arrival of Rudiger could see David Alaba shift left-back to cover Ferland Mendy and Marcelo due to a double injury record.

Real Madrid are closing in on the 35th LaLiga Santander in their history, and are preparing for their UEFA Champions League semi-final against Manchester City, but they also have one eye for next season.

Rudiger has played 47 games so far this season, and although he did not enjoy performing well in the first leg against Real Madrid, he did amazingly at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

With his contract expiring at Chelsea, Real Madrid look set to try to secure his signature in the summer.
