Kylian Mbappe made his debut for Parc des Princes on Tuesday night, lifting Lionel Messi and facing Real Madrid with a huge impact as Paris Saint-Germain won 1-0 in the first leg of their last Champions League Last-16 match.

Despite all the rumors about Mbappe’s future, and that he will end up at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, there was no doubt that he would continue his career as usual.

The French striker has been linked with a move to Real Madrid’s defensive line, which has not been as peaceful as ever. After a penalty shootout, missed by Lionel Messi, Mbappe scored his most important goal.

He managed to punch Eder Militao and Lucas Vazquez in the box, using speed and force, before releasing a straight shot that fell under Thibaut Courtois. The magic moment to win any game, not less than the first leg of the Champions League knockout stages.

Unstoppable Mbappe

Mbappe had seven shots against Real Madrid, four of which he had targeted. He won 67% of his strikes and touched 18 times in the Los Blancos area.

One exciting part of his powerful attack was that he made things happen – he fell three times and won two mistakes.

He was a constant thorn in Real Madrid and looked like one of the youngest players on the field, even in the final stages of the game.

When comparing his performance with one of Real Madrid’s most famous players this season, Vinicius Junior, there is no real comparison; Mbappe was so beautiful.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side will have to come up with a better plan to keep him out of the return leg, while the board will have to take action to approve his signing soon – if they have not already done so.
