Report: Mauricio Pochettino Has Agreement to Become the Manager of Man United Next Season

In November, Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino was linked with a move to Manchester United, which eventually moved to Ralf Rangnick. The Argentine strategist is always in charge of the capital club, but that is likely to change.

According to French football journalist Dominique Sévérac, who told La Chaîne L’Équipe (Canal Supporters) that Pochettino’s move to Old Trafford was “almost over.”

A Le Parisien reporter said Manchester United have made it a priority to sign the 49-year-old, who has a contract for another season. Sévérac added that the PSG manager had agreed to take over the management of the Red Devils.

“He won’t be able to say anything to each other before the end of the season, but for me, it’s about to end!” Says Sévérac. “I tell you what I know. Manchester United wants him, and he wants to leave (…) So we are not far from a deal! ”

The news comes as RMC Sport reports that former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane will take over as PSG manager. If Pochettino knows that the capital club wants to hire a French strategist in June, he wants to find a place when both sides meet this summer.
