Paulo Dybala and Lisandro Martinez are both expected to start for Argentina in their World Cup qualifier 2022 against Chile on Thursday.
The duo are expected to start the match against Chile as Lionel Messi and Cristian Romero were not selected in the qualifiers. When Lionel Messi did not start in a 1-0 win over Uruguay in November, it was Paulo Dybala who started the match and received help from Angel Di María’s goal.
Lisandro Martínez will be in his mid-eleven year, making his debut in Argentina since the Copa America against Bolivia. Here is Argentina eleven eleven:
Emiliano “Dibu” Martínez; Molina or Montiel, Otamendi, Lisandro Martínez, Acuña; De Paul, Paredes, Lo Celso; Dybala, Lautaro, Di María
