Argentina set to play remainder of World Cup qualifiers 2022 outside of Buenos Aires

Argentina will play their remaining two World Cup qualifiers in 2022  outside Buenos Aires.

Lionel Scaloni’s team has already qualified for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar but has four games left to play in the Conmebol World Cup qualifiers. In the four games, Argentina will face Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, and Ecuador.

Although the matches against Chile and Ecuador will be on the move, both Colombia and Venezuela will be at home. According to Mundo Albeceleste, the two home games will not be at the Monumental in Buenos Aires.

The match against Colombia on February 1 will be in Cordoba at the Mario Alberto Kempes Stadium. And the match against Venezuela on March 24 at the Unico Madre de Ciudades Stadium in Santiago del Estero.
