Argentine players from the Premier League will be allowed to travel to South America as new rules are announced by the UK government.

With the fiasco between South American and Premier League teams in September, new government rules will allow players from red countries to return to England when they return. According to The Guardian, returning players who have received both doses of the Covid vaccine will be allowed to train and play their team’s games.

According to the report, it could be a division similar to that of the Olympic runners, where they would be allowed to play and train, otherwise, the athletes would be locked up in the arena for 10 days.

Argentina has 3 players from the Premier League who have been called up for the October World Cup qualifiers 2022. Three with Emiliano Martinez, Cristian Romero, and Gio Lo Celso, all three who missed Argentina’s last game back to join their clubs.
