Barcelona have confirmed that Memphis Depay, Eric Garcia, and Rey Manaj are registered in LaLiga and will be available for their first team LaLiga Santander match against Real Sociedad on Sunday night.
Earlier this week, none of Barcelona’s signings have been signed with LaLiga, but now the 3 have joined Emerson Royal, who signed for him on Thursday. Injured Sergio Aguero remains unregistered,
Barcelona have revealed that the registration of the 3 most recent players was due to Gerard Pique agreeing on a significant reduction in salaries, although the percentage was not specified.
The group is still in talks with Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba to lower their salaries in a situation that has become a team emergency.
As well as Pique’s salary cuts, Barcelona’s revenue from selling various players is also significant.
The club has earned 37.5.5 million euros since the departure of Jean-Clair Tobido, Junior Firpo, Francisco Trincao, Carles Alena, and Konrad de la Fuente, and have also received Lionel Messi’s salary in the books.
