The Austria international defender David Alaba was infected with the deadly covid-19 before wearing the Real Madrid jersey.
The Austrian international defender has moved to Real Madrid from German Champions Bayern Munich this season as a free transfer agent. Alaba is worried about the club’s upcoming friendly match against AC Milan as Covid-19 is positive. Real Madrid will face the Italian giants AC Milan on August 6.
The Spanish giants Real Madrid confirmed the news in an official statement on their website, “Real Madrid are reporting that our player David Alaba Covid -19 has tested positive.”
According to the Covid protocol in Spain, David Alaba will now be in quarantine for ten days. His corona will be tested a day before the match against AC Milan. He will be able to play if there is a negative result.
