Jack Grealish is believed to be the driving force behind Pep Guardiola’s squad, also linked with Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane.
According to Football Insider, Grealish has been offered a lucrative contract with the Premier League champions, and the striker has now reached an agreement on personal terms.
The report says the Grealish has no intention of forcing him to leave Aston Villa, but Manchester City are hoping to accept a £ 90m transfer fee.
Dean Smith’s side could still offer Grealish a new and improved contract at Villa Park, however, despite writing an extension with his current club last September.
The striker, who is on holiday following his involvement in the summer Euro2020, has score 7 goals and provided 12 assists in 27 Aston Villa games during the 2020-21 season.
