Manchester City are considering to sell Bernardo Silva?

Silva

Silva has played a key role in the Citizens’ run to the UEFA Champions League final in the 2020-21 season, scoring 1 goal and 2 assists when Man City suffered a suffered heartbreak in the UCL final against Chelsea.

Silva has struggled to start consistently in the final stages of the Premier League season, however, as he has not been used instead of three Citizens’ last 5 Premier League games in their campaign to win the title.

According to The Telegraph, Manchester City are planning to reorganize the squad for the summer transfer window, and Silva – a favorite on the continent – could be sold.

Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak has confirmed that the club will replace Sergio Aguero’s top scorer of club history, so any proceeds from Silva’s potential sale could go to the signing of a new top player, with Harry Kane and Erling Braut Haaland still heavily linked.

Silva has scored 35 goals and 44 assists in Manchester City’s 201 games in all competitions, and his existing contract at the Etihad does not expire until 2025.
