Barca to make a new contract offer to Lionel Messi

Spanish giants Barcelona are yet to make a new contract offer to Argentine superstar Lionel Messi.

The negotiation of the trademark has already taken place, but the Argentine international still has a consider as to review and accept. And all of this for 21 days before he becomes a free transfer agent.
