Manchester United considering Jesse Lingard and Jadon Sancho’s swap deal?

The Red Devils are expected to renew their interest in Sancho this summer, having missed out on a contract with the former Manchester City youngster last summer.

Sancho will be allowed to leave Dortmund in the next transfer market “under certain circumstances”, and the 21-year-old is determined to force a move this summer.

According to The Sun, Dortmund are keen to sign Lingard ahead of the 2021-22 campaign, while Man United could try to lower Sancho’s price by adding a loaned-out striker.

The 28-year-old has been in excellent form for West Ham United since arriving at London Stadium on loan in January, scoring 9 goals and provided 4 assists in 13 games.

Hammers are said to be keen to sign Lingard’s permanent contract but could not be charged for the move to the next transfer market.

Sancho, meanwhile, once again enjoyed an impressive campaign in Germany, scoring 2 goals and enrolling with 1 assist as Dortmund beat RB Leipzig 4-1 in the DFB-Pokal final on Thursday.
