The Citizens will be in with a chance of securing the club’s all-time leading scorer, Sergio Aguero, who will officially leave at the end of June after the end of his contract.

According to The Times, head coach Pep Guardiola will be financially supported in the upcoming transfer market, with Premier League champions compiling a list of four players to be selected.

The report states that Erling Haaland of BVB, Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur, and Lautaro Martinez of Inter Milan have all been identified as potential candidates.

Meanwhile, it is suspected that Eintracht Frankfurt’s Andre Silva, who has scored 25 Bundesliga goals this season, is being targeted by the Manchester club.

Both Haaland and Harry Kane are said to have been notified of their clubs in the region of £ 150million, giving Martinez and Silva the most expensive options in the upcoming transfer market.
